This Privacy Policy explains how William David Advisors ("WDA," "we," "us") handles personal information when you visit williamdavidadvisors.com or contact us.

Will, our site guide

Will is an AI site guide for navigation and finding the right next step. Questions you send are processed by Cloudflare Workers AI using information published on this site. We do not save guide conversations or use them to profile, score or assess visitors. Please do not include sensitive personal information in chat.

Usage limits may pause AI replies. Page links and the regular contact and intake forms remain available. We retain aggregate capacity counters and daily limit events, without conversation text or IP addresses.

Hiring and talent enquiries link to WDA Careers. This site guide does not collect intake details.

Information we collect

• Information you send us: when you email or call us, we receive your name, contact details and anything you choose to share about your business.
• Engagement information: information shared during an engagement is handled under the engagement agreement, including its confidentiality terms.
• Security and delivery data: the site is delivered by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and request logs to deliver and protect the site.
• Fonts: pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser information when the fonts are requested.
• No tracking cookies: the site does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics cookies, and has no forms that collect information.

How we use and share information

We use information to respond to you, evaluate and deliver engagements, run our business and meet legal obligations. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (such as Microsoft 365 and Cloudflare), with people you ask us to involve, or when required by law or in connection with a reorganization of the business. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Confidentiality

All inquiries are held in confidence. Client information is used only to deliver the engagement and is not disclosed to others without permission, except as required by law.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal and accounting requirements, and protect it with reasonable safeguards, including access-controlled Microsoft 365 systems.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing hi@williamdavidadvisors.com. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them as required.

Children

This site is intended for adults and business users. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
